About me

Hi y'all! I’m Isaiah Stewart — a lifelong athlete with a passion for helping students transform their fitness and confidence. From the moment I was a kid, I’ve loved every sport I could get my hands on, and working out became my way to excel as an athlete. That dedication paid off: I earned a gold medal in the 100m and a silver in the 200 in the NWAC conference my freshman year of college, plus a gold medal in the 200m at Oregon’s state championships in 2024. Now going into my sophomore year more hungry than ever.

But it hasn’t all been smooth — I’ve faced injuries, self-doubt, and the struggle of gaining muscle in the weight room. Those challenges taught me resilience and shaped my mission: to help students achieve their fitness goals while adapting to the college life. I want to help build confidence so they can look in the mirror and say "I love myself" and believe it! I especially love working in-person with students here in Eugene — there’s an energy in this city that inspires me every day. The variety of backgrounds, cultures, and stories makes every session unique and exciting, and I’m genuinely grateful for the chance to learn from and connect with such a diverse community

My coaching is never one-size-fits-all. I adapt to each person’s needs and learning style — but one thing will always stay the same: I’ll push you to become your greatest self. Not for me, but because you owe it to yourself.
